The feature-length film shows the consequences of industrial agriculture through stories from South American peasants, indigenous groups and farmers. The film, made without a support crew, focuses in particular on Ignacio and Ivania, who call themselves musicians, poets, farmers and activists according to the press release spreading seeds and ideas through Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.

The film will be screened at 7 p.m. Afterward, a reception will be held at 8:15 p.m. The presentation is the main event for the cinema group’s spring 2011 film series, “Globalization and Power through Latin America Cinema,” in conjunction with the Latin American studies department.
