Police are searching for the suspects involved in three armed robberies that occurred near campus last night. ' Two of the victims, none of whom were hurt, may have been Pitt students, said Pitt police Chief Tim Delaney. ' Police said two men robbed people walking near the intersection of Bigelow Boulevard and Bayard Street at 10:38 p.m. last night, Bates Street and Oakland Avenue at 11:55 p.m. and on Semple Street at 12:10 a.m. ' Detective Donald Pasquarelli, of the city police, said he believes that two people - a black male between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10 inches tall and another black man between 6-foot and 6-foot-2-inches tall - are responsible for all three robberies. He said police think that the shorter of the two suspects carried the weapon, a black handgun. ' '
