Power Outage Affects Most of Oakland

An electrical power outage that affected network connectivity impacted most of Oakland Monday night.

At 6:47 p.m., the outage impacted several locations in Oakland, including 3512 Fifth Avenue, 3602 Fifth Avenue and the Loeffler Building. The outage spread to most of Oakland about half an hour later.
