Some of the vendors lining the streets sold dog poop cleaning and adoption services, while others advertised dog costumes and homemade treats. Matt Hawley | Staff Photographer
During the day there were contests, with categories including most well-groomed, best catch, best dressed, best bark, best owner-and-dog lookalike, best owner-and-dog kiss and best trick. There was even a dog wet t-shirt contest. Matt Hawley | Staff Photographer more
