Starting this Friday, The Pitt News will once again collate and publish the Pitt police’s media crime log on a weekly basis.

Thursday, Sept. 19:
8:42 a.m. A staff member in the Parkvale Building reported her wallet was taken from her office the day before.
2:45 p.m. A student reported her laundry was taken from the Towers laundry room.
5:49 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a theft of money and fraud investigation on Dawson Street.
8:40 p.m. An individual at Hillman Library reported her wallet was missing.
6:37 p.m. Pitt police arrested a person at Fifth and Craft avenues with a warrant. The person was not affiliated with the University.

Friday, Sept. 20:
9:40 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a criminal mischief.
10:58 p.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student on Meyran Avenue after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.

Saturday, Sept. 21:
12:33 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Sutherland Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
12:46 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Sutherland Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
2:13 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Nordenberg Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
2:22 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Litchfield Tower A after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
4:04 p.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Heinz Field after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
8:56 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a burglary at St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Sunday, Sept. 22:
12:07 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student on Schenley Drive after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
12:24 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Sutherland Hall.
12:38 a.m. Pitt police assisted City police with an incident at Ward Street and Boulevard of the Allies, issuing one student a conduct referral.
1:12 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Towers after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
2:54 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Holland Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
10:10 a.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a possible burglary on Robinson Street.

Police recorded nothing in the crime log for Monday, Sept. 23.

Tuesday, Sept. 24:
7:55 a.m. An individual at Bouquet Gardens reported being harassed by communication from a known person.
11:42 a.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a domestic incident on Fifth Avenue.
3:15 p.m. A student left his backpack unattended at Market and reported it missing when he returned.

Wednesday, Sept. 25:
12:04 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Brackenridge Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.
2:19 p.m. A staff member at Bellefield Hall reported several personal items missing from his locker.
2:32 p.m. A student at the Bridge on Forbes reported she was harassed by an unknown person.
