Chris Deluzio, policy director of Pitt’s Institute for Cyber Law, Policy and Security and adjunct professor in the School of Law, announced he is running to represent the 17th Congressional District on Monday.

In the only U.S. House race between two incumbents, Conor Lamb, D-Pa., took victory of the 17th Pennsylvania district over Keith Rothfus, R-Pa.
