Chick-fil-A moving to upper campus, other dining changes start this fall

Pitt Dining’s Chick-fil-A location has left the Cathedral Cafe, located in the basement of the Cathedral of Learning, and will reopen in the food court at the Petersen Events Center in January 2020.

The Cathedral Cafe passed a Friday reinspection by the Allegheny County Health Department after being cited for eight health code violations last Monday.

The Cathedral Cafe was cited by the Allegheny County Health Department for eight health code violations Monday. The facility, located in the basement of the Cathedral of Learning, received one high-risk, two medium-risk and five low-risk violations.
