Pitt purchased an Oakland social club building on Bigelow Boulevard in late March for $4.95 million, according to Allegheny County real estate records.

According to real estate sources who spoke with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the University is in talks of purchasing the building, which is located across Parkman Avenue from the Chevron Science Center.
The Twentieth Century Club, located diagonally across from Chevron Science Center, was recently put up for sale following dwindling membership.

Second Oakland social club building for sale
