12:07 p.m. Public Safety Building. Pitt police responded to a campus security authority’s report of a student’s rape in Lothrop Hall on March 25, 2016. The victim has not contacted police or filed a report.

1:13 p.m. 4300 block of Fifth Avenue. Pitt police are investigating a student’s report of a stolen bicycle.

10:38 p.m. Litchfield Tower A. Pitt police referred one student for judicial action after receiving a report of marijuana smell.

1:03 a.m. University Club. Pitt police arrested one student for possessing instruments of a crime with intent, institutional vandalism, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy. They also arrested one non-affiliate for possessing instruments of a crime with intent, institutional vandalism and criminal conspiracy and a juvenile non-affiliate for institutional vandalism and criminal conspiracy.
