After receiving a record high 15 bomb threats on Thursday, Pitt received nine more bomb threats… After receiving a record high 15 bomb threats on Thursday, Pitt received nine more bomb threats early Friday morning.

Around 2:30 a.m., Pitt sent out an Emergency Notification System alert notifying the campus to threats at nine dormitories — Litchfield Towers A, B and C, Sutherland Hall, Bruce Hall, Lothrop Hall, Pennsylvania Hall, Holland Hall and Panther Hall.

The buildings were evacuated and the threats were cleared three hours later.
