Thursday, Oct. 3
11:10 a.m. A store manager at Maggie and Stella’s reported an unknown customer who paid for an item on Wednesday with a counterfeit $100 bill.
12:35 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with an overdose at the Wyndham Hotel.
10:53 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with an attempted burglary on Melwood Avenue.

Friday, Oct. 4
1:24 a.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a burglary on Melwood Avenue.
1:54 p.m. The University Store on Fifth reported an unknown person who attempted to pay with counterfeit money.
7:23 p.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Litchfield Tower A after a campus security authority reported a weapons violation.
10:13 p.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at the Schenley Quadrangle.

Saturday, Oct. 5
12:18 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student on Oakland Avenue.
12:40 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Litchfield Tower A.
11:56 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with an incident at SkyVue Apartments, issuing a conduct referral to a student.

Sunday, Oct. 6
1:20 a.m. Pitt police issued conduct referrals to two students after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.

Monday, Oct. 7
10:22 a.m. A staff member reported her wallet was stolen at Clapp Hall.
11:11 a.m. An individual reported being scammed out of money at Mervis Hall.
11:31 p.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student on Euler Way after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.

Police recorded nothing in the crime log for Tuesday, Oct. 8.

Wednesday, Oct. 9
2:00 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a theft on Semple Street.
3:47 p.m. Pitt police assisted the Port Authority police with a warrant arrest at the intersection of DeSoto and O’Hara streets.
