3:30 p.m. A theft was reported at the University Store on Fifth.

12:37 a.m. A criminal mischief was reported at David Lawrence Hall.

11:07 a.m. Pitt police confiscated a small amount of marijuana at a traffic stop on Euler Way.

8:55 p.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Sutherland Hall after a campus security authority reported a drug law violation.

Friday, Nov. 1

12:49 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a non-Pitt affiliate on Fifth Avenue.

12:58 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Holland Hall.

2:07 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Tower B.

2:32 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Ruskin Hall.

2:42 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to a student at Tower A after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.

3:11 p.m. Pitt police assisted the Delaware County District Attorney’s office with a fraud investigation.

3:53 p.m. Residence Life reported a conduct referral issued on Oct. 29 to a student for alcohol possession.

10:53 p.m. Pitt police charged a student with assault and strangulation after an incident in Tower B.

12:54 a.m. Pitt police issued a conduct referral to two students at Nordenberg Hall after a campus security authority reported a liquor law violation.

2:04 a.m. Pitt police issued a citation for underage drinking to a student at Tower B.

1:38 p.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a theft on Niagara Street.

3:52 p.m. City Fire responded to a small oven fire at Market Central.

1:38 a.m. Pitt police assisted City police with a sex offense at The Bridge on Forbes.

12:03 p.m. Pitt police issued conduct referrals to nine students while assisting City police with an incident.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

3:05 p.m. A student at Bouquet Gardens said he was the victim of a scam.
