Pitt police assisted with a report of harassment by communication at the Litchfield Tower lobby on Sept. 15.

Pitt police assisted City police with a burglary report on the 200 block of Atwood Street on Sept. 15.

A campus security authority reported a drug law violation at Sutherland Hall. One student was issued a conduct referral.

Friday, Sept. 17

Pitt police assisted City police with an individual who was loitering and prowling on the 200 block of Meyran Avenue. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the person.

Pitt police assisted the City with a large water break on North Bouquet Street.

A campus security authority reported a drug law violation at Lothrop Hall. One student was issued a conduct referral.

Saturday, Sept. 18

Pitt police assisted City police with a domestic at the 3200 block of Ward Street. One of the parties was taken into custody.

Pitt police issued two citations for underage drinking and carrying false identification at Heinz Field.

Pitt police issued two citations for underage drinking at Nordenberg Hall.

Pitt police assisted City police with a report of male who was exposing himself on the 300 block of Meyran Avenue.

Sunday, Sept. 19

Pitt police assisted City police with a harassment/threat on Dithridge Street.

Pitt police assisted City police with an indecent assault on an unknown block of Ward Street.

Pitt police assisted City police with the theft of a bicycle on Fifth Avenue and Atwood Street.

A campus security authority reported a drug law violation at Litchfield Tower B. Two students were issued conduct referrals.

Monday, Sept. 20

Pitt police assisted with a report of an individual who lost their wallet at the Cathedral of Learning. The wallet was recovered but their money was missing.

Tuesday, Sept. 21

Police recorded nothing in the crime log for Tuesday, Sept. 21.

Wednesday, Sept. 22

Pitt police assisted City police with an assault on the 200 block of Meyran Avenue.

Pitt police issue one citation for public drunkenness at 3700 Forbes Ave.

Thursday, Sept. 23

Police recorded nothing in the crime log for Thursday, Sept. 23.

Editor’s note: Pitt police began using a new blotter format which does not list incident times. The Pitt News contacted Pitt police about this change, and the police said they are working with their software vendor to correct the problem.
