The screening is in preparation for the CMU 2011 International Film Festival: Faces of Migration, which runs from March 17 to April 10. Accompanying the screening will be a panel discussion featuring the film’s co-director, Mieke Bal, who will address themes of Jewish identity in the diaspora. Local Middle Eastern grill Sababa will provide food. The event is free for Pitt students.
