Last night Students for Justice in Palestine held a “Die In” on the corner of Forbes and Bigelow and passed out brochures to raise awareness for the plight of Palestinians residing in the Gaza Strip today. Caddy-corner to their protest, Pitt students in support of Israel represented their voice by passing out fliers with facts and figures on Israel’s merits. Neither events were planned in accordance with the other.
