Football: Graham, Hutchins earn Big East honors

After sophomore running back Ray Graham’s historic rushing performance against Florida… Sophomore running back Ray Graham was named Big East Offensive Player of the Week for his 277-yard, three-touchdown performance against FIU.

Senior placekicker and punter Dan Hutchins was named Big East Special Teams Player of the Week after making all three of his field goal attempts in the game – one for 30 yards and two for 38. His kick at the end of the first half gave the Panthers a lead heading into the break, a lead that the Panthers would never relinquish.

Hutchins also excelled in the punting game, placing one punt at the FIU 2-yard line.

The Panthers will look to build off this success when they travel to Notre Dame this Saturday.
