A home invasion and rape occurred early this morning at the 200 block of Meyran Avenue,… A home invasion and rape occurred early this morning at the 200 block of Meyran Avenue, according to a crime notification issued by Pitt police.
Police said one female victim was raped shortly before 4 a.m. after three suspects forced their way into her apartment.
Officers are still searching for the suspects. The notification describes all three suspects as black men in their late teens or early 20s.
The first suspect, dressed in a white T-shirt and long jean shorts, is 6-foot-1 and weighs about 300 pounds with dreadlocks to his ears.
The second suspect is between 5-foot-9 and 6 foot. He was described as having a thin build and wearing green shorts with a gold logo.
The third suspect is 5-foot-9 with a medium build. He was wearing red and tan shorts with black combat boots.
