Graduate students elect their assembly leaders

Graduate students elected members of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly’s… Graduate students elected members of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly’s Executive Board Friday.

Former Student Government Board member Nila Devanath, who will attend Pitt’s medical school next year, will serve as the president of the assembly.

Melanie Rodrigues, also of the School of Medicine, will serve as vice president of committees. Qing Hu, a student in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, will be vice president of communications, and Steve Ruperto, a student in the Katz Graduate School of Business, will be vice president of finance.
