Heartland Restaurant Group, “a Pittsburgh locally grown, owned and operated Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee,” announced that it will open a Dunkin’ Donuts location at 3907 Forbes Avenue soon, according to a news release from the Oakland Business Improvement District.
The Dunkin’ Donuts will feature a fire place, seating for 25 upstairs, free Wi-Fi, a “Panther Den” for watching games and possibly a small conference room.

The Dunkin’ Donuts will become fifth corporate coffee distributor on Forbes Avenue between the two Kiva Han coffee shops. (This doesn’t count the Crazy Mocha on Oakland Avenue or the Einstein Bros. Bagels in Posvar Hall or the 7-Eleven.)
Heartland Restaurant group’s website says the company owns 105 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
