Students will make up missed classes from this past Monday and Tuesday on Saturdays.
Pitt spokesman John Fedele said students will make up Monday’s missed classes Saturday, March 27. They will make up Tuesday’s missed classes on Saturday, April 17, the weekend before the final week of classes. Students will not make up Wednesday’s classes.
Fedele said students with Saturday classes should coordinate with their professors to see which classes they should attend.
Professors can choose to make other arrangements to account for the missed days and should tell their students within the week if they plan to do so, he said.
He said the registrar’s office will work with instructors to make sure they have classrooms available, should any conflicts arise.
The decision came from the provost’s office, Fedele said.
