Summer Vacation: Thousands march in Pittsburgh’s Pride Parade

Thousands of demonstrators marched in support of Pittsburgh’s LGBTQIA+ population early Sunday afternoon. The event drew participation from all three of Pittsburgh’s major sports teams, as well as businesses and organizations from across the city. Mayor of Pittsburgh Corey O’Connor was joined by Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-Pa) and Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis, as well as other members of the city and county government.
