Louisa Ewuresi Nkrumah, of Harrisburg, allegedly ‘willfully threatened that real or personal property would be unlawfully damaged or destroyed by means of an explosive,’ according to the indictment. She was charged with three counts.

The alleged threats were made regarding the Cathedral of Learning and Posvar Hall last April.
