12:32 p.m. – An officer took the report of a minor auto accident that involved a University vehicle at Ohara Street and Bigelow Boulevard.

2:24 p.m. – A person in Alumni Hall reported receiving a harassing e-mail. An investigation is pending.

2:58 p.m. – An individual reported the theft of his backpack in Hillman Library.

5:01 p.m. – A staff member reported the theft of a video camera from Bellefield Hall.

Friday, Mar. 14

5:40 a.m. – An officer assisted an FBI task force with the service of a warrant in the North Hills area.

5:46 a.m. – A fire alarm in Litchfield Tower A was activated by condensation.

10:07 a.m. – Construction activated a fire alarm in Old Engineering Hall.

1:15 p.m. – Officers searched the Soldiers ‘ Sailors parking garage before an appearance by Sen. Hillary Clinton.

4:09 p.m. – An engineer released an individual stuck in a malfunctioning elevator in the Life Science Building.

7:39 p.m. – Pittsburgh medics transported an injured individual from the Soldiers ‘ Sailors Museum parking garage.

Saturday, Mar. 15

7:17 a.m. – A person reported an incident of harassment near the corner of Ohara and DeSoto Streets.

8:25 p.m. – Pittsburgh medics transported a sick person from Euler Way and McKee Place to a hospital.

9:39 p.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Aaron Burr, of 616 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2A, for loitering and prowling in the 3400 block of Ward Street.

11:23 p.m. – Officers assisted Pittsburgh Fire Department with extinguishing couch fires in the streets of South Oakland following the Pitt men’s basketball team win versus Georgetown.

Sunday, Mar. 16

1:35 a.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Daniel Arthur Dedominicis, of Freedom, Pa., for drunken driving at Fifth and Craft avenues.

2:40 a.m. – Officers took the report of a broken car window at Dawson Street and Oakland Avenue.

12:38 p.m. – A person in the Hillman Library reported the theft of two books.

Monday, Mar. 17

12:54 p.m. -The theft of a laptop and docking station from Lothrop Hall was reported. An investigation is pending.

2:06 p.m. – Officers responded to an auto accident without injury on Forbes Avenue.

2:12 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with a retail theft at Selections Boutique, located at 3602 Forbes Ave.

9:08 p.m. – It was reported that the front doors of the Frick Fine Arts building would not secure.

Tuesday, Mar. 18

11:44 a.m. – Officers assisted city police with a burglary on Atwood Street.

4:20 p.m. – Police received the report that unknown individuals turned around 33 chairs in a classroom in Benedum Hall.

6:40 p.m. – Food cooking on a stove activated a fire alarm in the Darragh Street apartments.

9:06 p.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Harold J. Meltzer, of 344 Oakland Ave., Apt. 2-1, for defiant trespass in Posvar Hall.

Wednesday, Mar. 19

12:17 a.m. – Police recovered a bike from an individual walking along Bates Street near Atwood Street. The bike was taken to the station.
