Once the fastest woman on earth, Jones was forced to surrender all five of her Olympic medals from the games in Sydney, Australia, in 2000 and also had to give up World Championships she won in 2001.
ESPN.com’s Jerry Crasnick reported Sunday that the Cardinals were prepared to send Scott Rolen to the Blue Jays in exchange for Troy Glaus. The report said the players only had to pass physicals on Monday to complete the deal.
Rolen hit .265 with eight home runs and 58 RBIs in 112 games last season. Glaus had 20 home runs and 62 RBIs in 115 games last season. He hit .262.
