Two shot on Parkview Ave.

Police are still looking for suspects involved in the shooting of two men Friday night in… Police are still looking for suspects involved in the shooting of two men Friday night in South Oakland.

According to Zone 4 Detective Robert Digiacomo, city police responded to a call at 3408 Dawson St. late Friday night and found a man shot in the calf.

Though he was found a block away, the victim told officers he was shot at 3408 Parkview Ave.

“We went there and came across a second victim who was shot in the face, but he was talking, alert and stable,” Digiacomo said.

He attempted to explain why the two men, who were both shot at the Parkview Avenue address, ended up in different places.

“They got shot at the same place so I think one just tried to get away from there,” Digiacomo said.

Police have no suspects in the shooting at this time.

Digiacomo requested that anyone with information pertaining to the incident contact him at 412-422-6578.
