Abandonment ethics

I was walking around one day last week when I came across a pamphlet for a program called… I was walking around one day last week when I came across a pamphlet for a program called “Secret’s Safe,” which allows any person with a baby under 28 days old to take that baby to any hospital in Pennsylvania and just leave it there, no questions asked. They don’t have to give any medical information, any reason for the surrender or even any identification. Just walk in, hand it to a nurse and leave.
