7:56 a.m. – Police received a report of an auto accident in the 3800 block of Forbes Avenue.

8:46 a.m. – An individual at the Sennot Square building reported receiving harassing phone calls.

9:16 a.m. – Property management reported a discharged fire extinguisher outside of Building E at the Bouquet Gardens apartments.

9:22 a.m. – The information desk at the Cathedral of Learning reported finding a disturbing message on its answering machine.

10:30 a.m. – Police towed two cars that had failed to clear parking lot U behind Sutherland Hall in order to make way for repaving the lot.

10:38 a.m. – A fire extinguisher was found stolen from Building H at the Bouquet Gardens apartments.

12:58 p.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate John Gilliam, of 301 3rd Ave. apartment 1224, for an open container violation near parking lot Q at Sennot Street and Oakland Avenue.

8:18 p.m. – An engineer released an individual stuck in an elevator at Alumni Hall.

Saturday, Oct. 20

12:06 a.m. – A fire alarm was activated on the second floor of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house.

1:48 a.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Jeffery Jay Bloernker, of Stone Mountain, Ga., for drunk driving at Fifth Avenue and Craft Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

10:11 a.m. – An individual at Litchfield Tower C reported finding a suspicious posting on facebook.com. An investigation is pending.

4:01 p.m. – An individual reported the theft of his bicycle from in front of the Library and Information Science building on Monday. An investigation is pending.

5:41 p.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Tajuane Anthony Johnson, of 3731 Frazier St., on an outstanding warrant at McKee and Louisa streets.

8:53 p.m. – An individual reported being the victim of a theft by deception in the 300 block of Oakland Avenue. An investigation is pending.

Wednesday, Oct. 24

12:09 a.m. – Police arrested non-affiliate Michael Barron, of Erie, Pa., on an outstanding warrant at Forbes Avenue and Schenley Drive.

10:19 a.m. – An individual at the Cathedral of Learning reported the theft of a computer from his office.

11:00 a.m. – A cafeteria manager at Sutherland Hall reported receiving threats from a terminated employee.

2:35 p.m. – An individual reported an attempted theft by deception in the 100 block of North Ditheridge Street.

Thursday, Oct. 25

1:24 a.m. – An individual reported a robbery near the corner of Forbes Avenue and Ditheridge Street. An investigation is pending.

2:42 a.m. – A guard reported that the glass in one of the revolving doors at the Cathedral of Learning was broken.
