The restaurant is part of the Holiday Inn Express, so you will have to brave the tourists to enter. The pleasant atmosphere and delicious food are well worth a few guests wearing socks with sandals and cameras around their necks.
The crowd inside is a bit more interesting, with the jazz musicians and singers that often perform. The overall experience of a meal at Foster’s is both satisfying and delectable.

Pamela’s on Forbes is a short distance from many of Pitt’s residence halls. Weekend mornings, the rush for these breakfast treats can trail out the door.
Pamela’s is only open from the early morning until 4 p.m. If you have pancake craving, it will have to be settled before the evening hours. The menu has the usual breakfast fare including: a large number of omelets, French toast and waffles. The lunch and dinner menu offer interesting varieties of salads, burgers and sandwiches. However, breakfast is what Pamela’s is famous for, and it can be any meal of the day.

The Union Grill is open for lunch and dinner, which menus include soup, salads and sandwiches.

Union Grill diners can enjoy outdoor seating during the warmer months.
The excellent food, bustling atmosphere and the cool, comfortable ambiance are reason enough to visit the Union Grill for a dining experience to please any Pittsburgh student.

Wing Zone is a take-out or delivery only restaurant with a variety of wing flavors. Wing Zone’s primary cuisine is obviously chicken wings, which they can coat in 25 flavors, including traditional buffalo sauce, barbeque sauce, teriyaki, garlic, lemon pepper, Cajun, honey mustard and cool ranch.
In addition to wings, they also serve chicken sandwiches and hamburgers with wedge fries, chicken fingers, salads and buffalo shrimp. On the side, you can chow down on onion rings, fries and mozzarella sticks.
