1:24 a.m.- A student reported an altercation with her roommate to Panther Central. She said that the roommate stole her ID.

6:10 a.m.- A student injured his foot in Holland Hall and was transported to Presbyterian Hospital.

10:58 a.m.- A person reported being harassed in front of Mervis Hall.

11:49 a.m.- An officer witnessed the planned destruction of a controlled substance.

2:11 p.m.- A staff member in Trees Hall reported the theft of video cameras.

2:37 p.m.- An officer extinguished a small trash can fire outside of the William Pitt Union.

5:15 p.m.- A person reported damage to a parked car outside of Thackeray Hall caused by a bottle thrown from the building.

5:55 p.m.- A person reported that Air Soft pellets were fired from a window in the 100 block of Meyran Avenue.

6:45 p.m.- A staff member in the Cathedral of Leaning turned over to police an unusual letter.

11:16 p.m.- Police cited student Lauren Michele Marciano, of Allison Park, Pa., for underage drinking in Amos Hall.

Saturday, Sept. 15

3:12 a.m.- Residents in Bouquet Gardens building A reported the theft of items from their apartment. An investigation is pending.

8:17 a.m.- A woman in Holland Hall reported a harassing message left on her door.

11:48 a.m.- A resident of the Centre Avenue Apartments reported the theft of items from her apartment. An investigation is pending.

6:37 p.m.- A man reported that the previous evening he argued with five males at the corner of Bates and Atwood streets, was punched and kicked and required medical treatment. An investigation is pending.

10:19 p.m.- A resident of Bouquet Gardens building B reported his television and PlayStation 3 stolen from his apartment. An investigation is pending.

Sunday, Sept. 16

2:21 a.m.- Police cited students Nikolay Kornienko, of Lansdale, Pa., and Michael Pollack, of Avondale, Pa., for underage drinking in Lothrop Hall.

3:17 a.m.- A person reported being assaulted by five unknown males in the 300 block of Oakland Avenue and requiring medical treatment.

3:18 a.m.- A man in Panther Hall reported accidentally breaking his nose while wrestling.

3:25 a.m.- Police arrested Charles Daniel Smith, of Frisco City, Ala., for driving under the influence in the 100 block of Oakland Avenue.

4:16 a.m.- Officers assisted city police with a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Meyran Avenue.

10:58 a.m.- A dentist reported the theft of his sign in the 300 block of Atwood Street.

4:11 p.m.- Officers assisted city police with the arrest of a burglary suspect in the 400 block of McKee Place.

6:28 p.m.- A person in David Lawrence Hall reported losing a box of shirts.

Monday, Sept. 17

8:58 a.m.- A woman in the Cathedral of Learning reported the theft of items from her office.

10:11 a.m.- Police arrested non-affiliate Harold Meltzer, of no fixed address, on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Bouquet Street.

1:32 p.m.- Officers escorted two individuals suspected of theft from the University Book Center and issued them warnings.

2:31 p.m.- Officers assisted city police with a reported burglary in the 300 block of N. Dithridge Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

9:20 a.m.- Officers arrested non-affiliate Valerie Renee Manna, of 6814 Grand Ave., in Moon Township on a warrant related to an incident reported on April 27, 2007. In that incident staff at Panther Central reported a person who had given them bad checks.

9 p.m.- Officers confiscated a small amount of marijuana in Litchfield Tower A and issued a judicial board referral.

Wednesday, Sept. 19

6:59 a.m.- Officers arrested non-affiliate Dennis James Raspanti, of 347 Atwood St., for theft from a vehicle at the corner of Bates and Atwood streets.

10:34 a.m.- Officers assisted city police with a reported assault at the corner of Bayard and Neville streets.

1:25 p.m.- Officers cited student Rebecca Leah Joseph, of Cheltenham, Pa., for disorderly conduct in Holland Hall.

9:50 p.m.- Police cited student David P. Green, of North Huntingdon, Pa., for public drunkenness in the Litchfield Towers lobby.

10:22 p.m.- Police arrested non-affiliates Jacob Hooper, of Uniontown, Pa., for impersonating a police officer and Jessica Vitale Rumain, of 3201 Craft Place, for prostitution in the 100 block of Bouquet Street.
