6:54 p.m. – Someone reported a case of indecent exposure in the 3700 block of Forbes Avenue. Officers checked the area, but found no one.
Friday, Oct. 28
10:26 a.m. – City medics transported a sick person to a medical facility.
8:37 p.m. – Officers cited students Matthew J. Ferrick, of Malvern, Pa., Thomas Scott Brown, of Doylestown, Pa., Christopher Logan, of Malvern, Pa., and William F. Plump, of Doylestown, Pa., for public drunkenness near the fountain at the Frick Fine Arts Building.
Saturday, Oct. 29
12:24 a.m. – Student Justine E. Mayowski, of Litchfield Tower B, was cited for underage drinking in Tower B.
1:02 a.m. – An officer cited student Katie S. Dehner, of Holland Hall, for underage drinking in Holland Hall.
2:37 a.m. – Student Kristen M. Delevich, of Litchfield Tower B, was cited for underage drinking in Tower A.
3:23 p.m. – Police cited non-affiliate Mark Carter, of 3105 Shadeland Ave., and three juveniles for defiant trespass in Trees Hall.
7:58 p.m. – A woman reported that the door of her vehicle was kicked in near Salk Hall.
11:12 p.m. – Someone reported that unknown people threw water out of a window in Sutherland Hall West, hitting several individuals. Police checked the area, but could not determine who threw the water.
11:24 p.m. – Student Ryan Frick, of Sutherland Hall, was cited for underage drinking in Sutherland Hall.
Sunday, Oct. 30
1:15 a.m. – Police arrested student Clifford E. Luft, of 5506 Fifth Ave., for driving under the influence on Atwood Street.
1:27 a.m. – A woman reported that she was the victim of an indecent assault at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house. An investigation is pending.
1:29 a.m. – Police arrested student Brenden Millen Elsila, of Litchfield Tower C, for open lewdness, fleeing and eluding in Tower B. EDITOR’S NOTE on July 11, 2007: The charges against Brenden Millen Elsila were withdrawn by an Allegheny County judge.
1:46 a.m. – A woman in Holland Hall reported that she was the victim of an indecent assault by a known person. She will not press charges. The incident was cleared.
2:53 a.m. – The antenna of a police motorcycle was broken off near the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house. The incident was cleared.
2:57 p.m. – A woman reported that during a verbal dispute at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house she was punched in the nose. Another person reported that a threat was made with a weapon. A police investigation revealed that the weapon was part of a Halloween costume and not used in a threatening manner.
Monday, Oct. 31
12:23 a.m. – Pitt Police officers helped city police officers stop four people who were shooting at people on McKee Place with an air gun. Officers from the Pittsburgh Police Department made the arrests.
1:36 a.m. – Complainants at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house reported that their fraternity house was egged. An investigation is pending.
6:06 a.m. – A woman reported that a cash register in the Cathedral of Learning was knocked over. An investigation is pending.
11:32 a.m. – Officers monitored a protest in the 3800 block of Forbes Avenue.
Tuesday, Nov. 1
1:30 p.m. – Someone reported being harassed in the 3900 block of Forbes Avenue.
8:18 p.m. – Non-affiliate Raymond Yarnell, of no fixed address, was cited for an open container violation at the corner of Forbes and Oakland avenues.
Wednesday, Nov. 2
2:06 p.m. – Officers assisted Port Authority Transit Police with a person who was hit by a bus on Fifth Avenue near DeSoto Street.
5:08 p.m. – Police investigated reported suspicious activity at the Plum Research Facility. An investigation is pending.
8:23 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with a reported indecent assault at Sennott Square and Oakland Avenue. The Pittsburgh Police Department will investigate.
9:31 p.m. – A student in Lothrop Hall was referred to the Judicial Board for possession of drug paraphernalia.
