9:48 a.m. – A staff member in Posvar Hall reported a homeless man in the area. He left before officers arrived, and the incident was cleared.

2:51 p.m. – Officers arrested non-affiliate Robert Fleming, of Irwin, Pa., for defiant trespass in the Cathedral of Learning.

4:06 p.m. – Officers responded to a minor accident involving a Pitt shuttle on Meyran Avenue. The incident was cleared.

4:37 p.m. – Officers arrested student John J. Ryan, of Media, Pa., for public drunkenness in the Litchfield Towers lobby.

Wednesday, March 28

2:07 a.m. – Officers from Pitt’s Public Safety Building contacted Penn Hills Police about a person reported missing from Penn Hills. The incident was cleared.

9:17 a.m. – Officers arrested non-affiliate Chad Darnell Epps, of Duquesne, Pa., for simple assault at Forbes Avenue and Bouquet Street.

11:05 p.m. – A person reported a suspicious person she encountered on the Internet. The incident was cleared.

Thursday, March 29

3:04 a.m. – Officers assisted city police with a domestic violence hit-and-run accident on Clemente Drive. The incident was cleared.

Monday, April 2

4:41 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with traffic control after an accident at Zulema and Bates streets. The incident was cleared.

5:39 p.m. – A person in Lothrop Hall reported that unauthorized charges had been made on her credit card. An investigation is pending.

9:57 p.m. – Officers responded to a bomb threat received against the University at a restaurant in the 300 block of Atwood Street. An investigation is pending.

Tuesday, April 3

8:54 a.m. – A person reported falling on a Fifth Avenue walkway. The person declined medical assistance, and the incident was cleared.

2:12 p.m. – A person in Benedum Hall reported receiving an unwanted phone call. The incident was cleared.

Wednesday, April 4

2:30 p.m. – A staff member in Sennott Square reported the theft of her wallet from her office. The incident was cleared.
