2:11 p.m. – A person reported a theft from her car on University Drive. The incident was cleared.

3: 19 p.m. – A person stuck in an elevator in Craig Hall was released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

5:18 p.m. – People stuck in an elevator in Sutherland Hall were released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

10:15 p.m. – People stuck in an elevator in Panther Hall were released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

Thursday, Jan. 25

8:54 a.m. – The father of a student reported receiving a suspicious phone call in Baton Rouge, La., that involved his daughter. An investigation is pending.

2:08 p.m. – A person stuck in an elevator in Litchfield Tower A was released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

Friday, Jan. 26

2:33 a.m. – Parents of several students reported receiving annoying phone calls concerning their daughters in Panther Hall. An investigation is pending.

9:36 a.m. – A parent of a student reported receiving a suspicious phone call in McDonald, Pa. The caller stated that he was University-affiliated. An investigation is pending.

11:12 a.m. – A person reported seeing a lewd act on the third floor of the Cathedral of Learning. An investigation is pending.

11:54 a.m. – Officers arrested non-affiliate Tommy Glover, of 2433 Lyzell St., for theft from a motor vehicle on University Drive.

11:01 p.m. – Officers took a report on a minor car accident at Fifth Avenue and Lothrop Street. The incident was cleared.

Saturday, Jan. 27

2:49 a.m. – Officers cited a person for driving with a suspended license at Bigelow Boulevard and Ohara Street. The car was towed and the incident was cleared.

4:26 a.m. – The 7-Eleven store at 3990 Forbes Ave. reported a retail theft. The incident was cleared.

7:48 p.m. – A person stuck in an elevator in Panther Hall was released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

Sunday, Jan. 28

2:21 a.m. – Officers arrested student Benjamin Danforth, of Royersford, Pa., for underage drinking in Litchfield Tower A.

4:22 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with an investigation of a student shot in Shadyside. The incident was cleared.

11:41 p.m. – Officers assisted city police with a retail theft reported in the 200 block of Atwood Street. The incident was cleared.

Monday, Jan. 29

4:26 p.m. – Officers checked on the welfare of a student in the Cathedral of Learning. The student was fine and the incident was cleared.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

12:22 a.m. – Officers arrested non-affiliates Cardell Massey, of 903 Watson St., and Elizabeth Delorenzo, of 903 Watson St., for retail theft in the 3400 block of Forbes Avenue.

8:48 p.m. – People stuck in an elevator in Forbes Hall were released by an elevator repairman. The incident was cleared.

10:31 p.m. – A person reported a theft of items from her office in the William Pitt Union. The incident was cleared.
