Valentine’s Day? No, Valentine’s Week. Here are Rose’s suggestions for weekday activities and… Valentine’s Day? No, Valentine’s Week. Here are Rose’s suggestions for weekday activities and destinations:
Monday, Valentine’s Day
Things to do: Synchronize your sheets. Decide on a color that sounds the alarm to your mate that you are in the mood. Because it is Valentine’s Day, I would suggest a red-light special.
Romantic places to see: Carnegie Museum and their poignant exhibits for one or two.
Tuesday
Things to do: Write short, short erotic stories in which the main characters are you and your lover. Seal the envelopes and exchange. Lights, camera (or no camera), action!
Romantic places to see: Steal a kiss in the courtyard by Bruce Hall.
Wednesday
Things to do: If you haven’t had a dual-shower yet, try it. If you live in the residence halls, that raises the stakes!
Romantic places to see: Head over to Frick Fine Arts. It’s a quiet, romantic place to whisper your sweet nothings or say them aloud.
Thursday
Things to do: Go sex-toy shopping together and find something that you can both use — slip covers, edible lubricants … anything you are ready for. The trip in itself will be a great way to bond.
Romantic places to see: Share some hot chocolate on the Cathedral lawn. It will give you an excuse to lean in closer.
Friday
Things to do: Try reading erotica before you go to sleep at night. It’s a way to have a night of sweet dreams or the night of your dreams.
Romantic places to see: Brave the cold and cuddle up on one of the benches in front of Heinz Chapel. Who knows? Maybe you’ll end up there.
