Monday, Feb. 14

7 a.m. — An officer responded to a gas alarm in the kitchen… Monday, Feb. 14

7 a.m. — An officer responded to a gas alarm in the kitchen at the Cathedral of Learning. An engineer reported that the activation of a gas oven caused the alarm. The incident was cleared.

1:05 p.m. — A woman in Bouquet Gardens, Building D, reported finding damage to the lock on her apartment.

3:12 p.m. — A man in the Posvar Hall garage reported that his vehicle’s rear window fell out and shattered. The incident was cleared.

3:21 p.m. — A person in Bouquet Gardens, Building C, reported being harassed by a known individual.

3:48 p.m. — The resident director of Tower B reported problems with his apartment stove.

4:49 p.m. — A person reported seeing one vehicle strike another on the G-2 level of the Posvar Hall garage. The officer located the people involved and assisted with an exchange of information.

11:58 p.m. — Police cited nonaffiliate Leon Joseph Predis, of 297 Main St., for defiant trespass at the Cathedral of Learning.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

4:10 a.m. — A patrol car transported a person with an injury from Hillman Library to the hospital.

12:23 p.m. — A person in the William Pitt Union reported a physical encounter with a construction worker.

12:49 p.m. — A fire alarm system in Lawrence Hall was activated by a pull station in the first-floor stairwell. An investigation is pending.

1:29 p.m. — Pittsburgh medics transported an ill person from the Frick Fine Arts Building to the hospital.

4:17 p.m. — An officer reported flooding in the G-2 locker room area of Posvar Hall. The engineers and custodians were notified, and the incident was cleared.

4:45 p.m. — An officer assisted the resident director with resolving a dispute in Lothrop Hall.

5 p.m. — Police cited nonaffiliates Ali Albazooni, of 1002 Walnut St., and Michael Haley, of 6755 Penn Ave., Apt. 6, for open-container violations in the 3800 block of Forbes Avenue.

8:55 p.m. — Police in Hillman Library reported that a student will be referred to the judicial board for violation of the student code.

9:06 p.m. — Nonaffiliate Michael Haley, of 6755 Penn Ave., was cited for defiant trespass, and nonaffiliate Thomas Benson, of 394 Burrows Ave., was cited for an open-container violation in the 100 block of DeSoto Street.

11:57 p.m. — A patrol car transported an ill person from Tower B to the hospital.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

12:19 a.m. — A patrol car transported an ill person from Holland Hall to the hospital.
