9:35 a.m. — An officer assisted with an exchange of information at a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot by the music building. The incident was cleared.
2:08 p.m. — Multiple campus locations experienced a brief power outage, from 2:09 p.m. until 2:50 p.m. The incident was cleared.
3:50 p.m. — Officers assisted city police responding to a student’s report of various incidents in the 200 block of Oakland Avenue.
4:09 p.m. — Police in the William Pitt Union performed a warrant arrest of student Steven Walker, of Sutherland Hall West, Room 910.
4:36 p.m. — A woman reported that her wallet, which contained her University ID, was taken while she was in Spain. Officers issued an ID replacement letter, and the incident was cleared.
7:28 p.m. — Officers gave assistance to a faculty member wishing to contact senior staff.
8:20 p.m. — Three students on the Euler Way side of the Tower C patio were stopped for the possession of a small amount of marijuana. A judicial board referral will be completed, and the incident was cleared.
9:24 p.m. — A person in the Franklin Complex reported seeing juveniles looking into cars in the lot. Officers responded and found that the juveniles had left the area. The incident was cleared.
10:35 p.m. — Officers assisted city police locating a driver involved in an accident. The incident was cleared.
Friday, Jan. 14
1:33 p.m. — Students Nathaniel P. Johns, of 203 Tower B, and Edward H. Riddell, of 812 Tower B, were cited on Mazeroski Field for disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
2:05 p.m. — A Scaife Hall staff member received a suspicious letter. The item was examined by the investigations section, found to be harmless, and returned to the staff member.
3:22 p.m. — Officers in the University Drive lot issued two citations to juveniles for disorderly conduct.
Saturday, Jan. 15
12:01 a.m. — Police in the Schenley Quadrangle cited student Robert Anthony Ciarrocchi, of 511 Tower C, for underage drinking.
12:25 a.m. — Police at the Petersen Events Center arrested student Jonathan R. Weaver, of Bradford, Pa., for open lewdness.
1:26 a.m. — Police in Tower A cited Michael E. Cavender, of 704 Tower A, for underage drinking.
2:33 a.m. — Student Eitel F. Kingue, of Silver Spring, Md., was cited in Tower A for criminal mischief.
8:57 p.m. — A person backed into a police vehicle at the intersection of McKee Place and Bates Street.

12:39 a.m. — A juvenile was cited for underage drinking at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house.
12:45 a.m. — Officers in Tower A cited student Lindsay Anne Wharton, of Moon Township, Pa., for underage drinking.
1:14 a.m. — Nonaffiliate Allen Mitchell Conklin, of Forest Hill, Md., was arrested at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house for disorderly conduct.
1:58 a.m. — Student Yuri Demetris, of 3429 Dawson St., was arrested at Bouquet Gardens, Building C, for burglary.
2:25 a.m. — Officers in Tower A cited student Adam McCollister, of 313 Tower A, for underage drinking.
Monday, Jan. 17
10:25 a.m. — A woman in Centre Plaza Apartments reported the theft of food from her freezer. The incident was cleared.
1:45 p.m. — An officer found an injured hawk near Posvar Hall and took the animal to a veterinarian.
6:32 p.m. — An officer reported finding broken windows in Building D of Bouquet Gardens. Property Management was notified and the incident was cleared.
7:26 p.m. — A person in Tower A reported an attempt to commit access device fraud. An investigation is pending.
