Renowned Spanish choreographer Cesc Gelabert will present two different solo dance performances for audiences to enjoy. “Glimpse,” originally created for museum and gallery presentations, incorporates the work of American video artist Charles Atlas and the music of Chilean composer Carlos Miranda. An interesting blend of dance and video media, “Glimpse” promises to be a singular experience.

“Preludis” is, appropriately, set to piano preludes by Bach, Chopin, Debussy, Mompou and Carles Santos. On a set designed by Spanish artist Frederic Amat, this performance will explore the life of a dancer and focus on his body as his instrument.

A company known for its innovation and frenzy, Theatre O offers six opportunities to see “The Argument a family portrait.” Using music, mime, straight acting and slapstick, they will present a story of human loss: the death of a mother and how it impacts those who survive her. Moving through a span of 30 years, an optometrist, a radio announcer, an auctioneer and an air stewardess will take you through this family crisis.
