Friday, August 22

-At 7:05 p.m., someone reported being struck by an unknown person on the 3900 block of Forbes Avenue.

Saturday, August 23

-Officers assisted city police in putting out a small fire on a porch on the 200 block of Meyran Avenue at 1:20 a.m.

-Bethany Mackin, of 1002 Bruce Hall, was cited for underage drinking at 1:23 a.m., near the Phi Kappa Theta house.

-At 1:56 a.m., police cited Linda Diane Nolasko, of Richboro, Pa., and Troy Michael Chidester, of Clemens, N.C., for underage drinking on Schenley Drive, near Hillman Library.

-At the corner of Forbes Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard, officers cited Sophia Klahr, of 1212 Heberton St., for underage drinking at 4:25 a.m.

-Nonaffiliate Gregory B. Jackson, of 1214 Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested for theft at the Law School building at 10:33 a.m.

-Police removed a vendor, who violated his contract, from the William Pitt Union at 12:07 p.m.

-Officers assisted city police at 11:49 p.m., responding to a report of underage drinking at a Pitt fraternity house in the 200 block of Dithridge Street.

Sunday, August 24

-At 1:07 a.m., nonaffiliate Darrel S. Reed, of 19 Quail Road, was arrested for driving under the influence at Fifth Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard.

-Nonaffiliate Marcus Dwayne Burkley, of Swissvale, Pa., was cited at 2:25 a.m. on the corner of Forbes Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard for littering.

-Police cited Jessica A. Spaw, of 1916 Tower A, for underage drinking at 3:44 a.m., on the 3900 block of Forbes Avenue.

-Officers observed a protest march in the Cathedral of Learning area at 3:30 p.m.

-Three juveniles were arrested for robbery at McKee Place and Louisa Street at 6:21 p.m.

Monday, August 25

-Police received a report, at 7 a.m., of power outages at the DLR-EDIC, Forbes Hall and 130 N. Bellefield Avenue. Power was restored at 8:15 a.m.

Tuesday, August 26

-At 3:50 a.m., officers cited Kenneth Murray, of Woodland, Pa., in the area of Posvar Hall for disorderly conduct.

-Police assisted city police, at 1:27 p.m., in responding to a report of an armed robbery at 3701 Fifth Ave.

-At 3:55 p.m., officers assisted city police, on the 3400 block of Forbes Avenue, in dealing with a possible suspect in the earlier armed robbery.
