An officer on routine patrol at the law school building found stickers placed on the law school sign at 1:10 p.m.
Officers arrested nonaffiliate Bruce Clarance Tate, of 214 Robinson St., at 4:19 p.m. on the corner of Bouquet Street and Fifth Avenue. There were two active warrants out of the county for Tate’s arrest.
Nonaffiliate Daniel Hale Allen, of Meadville, Pa., was arrested at 9:15 p.m. for open lewdness at Euler Way and Halket Street.

At 3:09 a.m., Pitt police assisted city police with crowd control on the 3700 block of Forbes Avenue.
