Clarification

In the story titled “Forum examines role of international students,” the jump headline was… In the story titled “Forum examines role of international students,” the jump headline was “Brustein: America overreacted.” William Brustein did not state that in the forum. International education advocate Victor Johnson said America overreacted.

The Pitt News regrets the error.

In the article, Brustein said U.S. News and World Report ranked Pitt seventh among the top public and private universities in an international education category. He later clarified his statement, saying if U.S. News and World Report’s top 50 public and private universities were ranked according to the number of Title 6 international resource centers, Pitt would be ranked as seventh.
