In Monday’s article “Take Back the Night focuses on campus security,” Andrea DeChellis is… In Monday’s article “Take Back the Night focuses on campus security,” Andrea DeChellis is quoted as saying “Obviously, in an urban campus with 1,500 undergrads living on campus, there would be more rapes than that.” She clarified that she meant the number to be 15,000 to reflect the undergrad student body, not the on-campus population.
