• Police responded to a report that a man was having a seizure in Benedum Hall at 9:22 a.m. Paramedics transported the man to UPMC Presbyterian.

• A security officer at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic gave officers a knife that was confiscated from a patient at 1:27 p.m. The knife was entered as recovered property.

• In the Litchfield Towers lobby at 3:49 p.m., officers responded to a call that a suspicious man was soliciting in the area. An officer located the man and advised him that he needed a permit to solicit on University property. The man left without incident.

Thursday, Sept. 12

• A woman reported to police that she received a harassing message on her voice mail in Benedum Hall at 8:50 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 14

• David R. Wilson, of Lower Gwynedd, Pa., was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:03 a.m. Police did not provide a location.

• At 12:13 a.m., Courtney A. Cakouros, 18, of Spring House, Pa., was cited for underage drinking. Police did not provide a location.

• Pitt police assisted city police with a disorderly male at 12:49 a.m. The officer confiscated a box cutter. Police did not provide a location.

• At the Petersen Events Center at 1 a.m., 19-year-old Karen Elizabeth Culbert, of Mount Wolf, Pa., was cited for underage drinking.

• Pamela Soda, 19, of 1516 Tower B, was cited for underage drinking at the Pete at 1:23 a.m.

• Officers cited Ashley K. Sharp, of Hummelstown, Pa., with public drunkenness at the Pete at 1:40 a.m.

• At 1:58 a.m., Jefferey John Opitz, 20, of Dingman’s Ferry, Pa., was cited for underage drinking. Police did not provide a location.

• Nonstudent Jessica Kerlik, of 1211 Vickroy St., was cited for public drunkenness at 2:11 a.m. Police did not provide a location.

• In Towers lobby, 18-year-old Michael Zucatti, of Carlisle, Pa., was cited for underage drinking at 2:12 a.m.

• At 2:12 a.m., Lauren Strong, 18, of 2008 Tower B, was cited for underage drinking. Police did not provide a location.

• Minh Tuan Pham, of Norristown, Pa., was cited for public drunkenness at 3:13 a.m. Police did not provide a location.

• Officers cited Daniel G. Delpiano, 18, of Orange, Conn., for underage drinking in Towers lobby at 3:20 a.m.

• At 3:27 a.m., in Brackenridge Hall, Naph Mao, 20, of 419 N. Craig St., and Melissa Cummings, 19, of 740 Fairston St., were cited for underage drinking.

• Officers cited C. Andrew McDermott, of 3804 University Drive, for underage drinking at Sigma Chi at 3:41 a.m.

• Kristy Welsh, 18, of 1818 Tower B, was cited for underage drinking in Towers lobby at 3:57 a.m.

Sunday, Sept. 15

• At 2:03 a.m., Kimberly Maxwell, 18, of 520 Holland Hall, was cited for underage drinking. Police did not provide a location.

• Pitt police assisted city police with a report of two men who fell off a roof at 3:51 a.m. Police provided no location for the incident. Paramedics transported the men to the Presbyterian emergency room for treatment.
