Matthew Kaguyutan admitted to seeing the Sept. 29 fire that killed Pitt senior Joseph Marcinek… Matthew Kaguyutan admitted to seeing the Sept. 29 fire that killed Pitt senior Joseph Marcinek in a jealous attempt to force his ex-girlfriend back to him, according to testimony given by a Pittsburgh homicide detective.

Kaguyutan, 23, a Pitt student from Gettysburg, Pa., appeared before Allegheny Country Deputy Coroner Timothy Uhrich Friday in a Preliminary hearing to determine whether he should remin in jail until a formal trail is held.

Uhrich ruled that Kaguyutan should be held on charges of criminal homicide. The defendant
