WINTER PARKING BAN TAKES EFFECT NEXT FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1
BERLIN–The Berlin Police Department announced yesterday that the annual winter parking ban takes effect on Friday, November 1, and stays in effect until April 1. The April date is subject to change depending on the weather, but all overnight parking on city streets is prohibited after November 1, from midnight until 7 a.m.
The parking ban will be actively enforced and cars will be towed for flagrant violations. The ban takes effect regardless of the amount of snow that may or may not fall in November.
