New Security at Heinz Field

All fans attending the Pitt football game this Saturday should be prepared for new security… All fans attending the Pitt football game this Saturday should be prepared for new security procedures implemented by Heinz Field stadium management.

All fans entering Heinz Field will be subject to a visual search by stadium security personnel prior to entering. Fans who wear or bring heavy clothing, jackets or blankets will be asked to open such items for inspection and be patted down.

Pitt and Heinz Field ask that fans arrive at the stadium gates at least an hour before kickoff. Gates will open at 11:30 a.m. for the Panthers
