With the consistent emergence of talented black filmmakers, it is a shame that their films are still so hard to find. The National Black Programming Consortium holds their fourth Annual Prized Pieces, International Black Film and Video Festival this weekend. They will screen more than 20 films at different locations all over Pittsburgh.
