7:51 p.m. 3900 block of Forbes Avenue. Pitt police cited a homeless male for aggressive panhandling.
8:39 p.m. Panther Central. Police responded to a report that a female student’s ID was stolen from her backpack. An investigation is pending.
9:26 p.m. Forbes Avenue and Atwood Street. Police cited a man for public drunkenness.
