2:08 a.m. Sennott and South Bouquet streets. Pitt police assisted city police with identifying a student and referred one student for judicial action.

2:16 a.m. 200 block of Meyran Avenue. Police issued a citation to a male student for criminal mischief.

2:28 a.m. South Oakland. Police responded to a student’s report that their wallet was stolen. An investigation is pending.

2:31 a.m. South Bouquet Street. Pitt police assisted city police with a burglary.

3:11 a.m. Sutherland Hall. Police issued a citation to a student for underage drinking.

3:26 a.m. Semple Street. Pitt police assisted city police with a burglary.

3:31 a.m. Pennsylvania Hall. Police issued a citation to a student for underage drinking.

4:03 a.m. 3900 block of Forbes Avenue. Police arrested an unaffiliated man for robbery/threat by force with a gun, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Police arrested a second unaffiliated man for robbery/threat by force with a gun, receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, criminal conspiracy, possessing instruments of a crime and carrying a loaded weapon. Police arrested a third unaffiliated man for robbery/threat by force with a gun, criminal conspiracy and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

4:09 a.m. Semple Street. Pitt police assisted city police with a sexual assault.

3:17 p.m. 3400 block of Forbes Avenue. Police arrested an unaffiliated man for heroin possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:34 p.m. 3400 block of Ward Street. Pitt police assisted city police with a burglary.

5:09 p.m. 3600 block of Bates Street. Police confiscated a small amount of marijuana.

8:23 p.m. Boundary Street. Police confiscated a small amount of marijuana.

9:12 a.m. Loeffler Building. Police responded to a report of the theft of two actigraph watches. An investigation is pending.

5:07 p.m. Posvar Hall/Forbes Quad. Police responded to a student’s report that they left their cell phone unattended and it was missing when they returned. An investigation is pending.

10:09 p.m. 200 block of Atwood Street. Police responded to a report of retail theft from Rite Aid, cited five juveniles and released them to a family member.

11:01 p.m. Holland Hall. Police responded to a report of the smell of marijuana and referred one student for judicial action.

Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016

10:19 a.m. Litchfield Tower B. Police responded to a student’s report of the theft of their medication. An investigation is pending.

1:41 p.m. Public Safety Building. A campus security authority reported that, on Oct. 28, a female victim was fondled in a campus dormitory by a known acquaintance. The victim has not contacted police or filed a report.

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016

12:36 a.m. Fifth Avenue and Bouquet Street. Police arrested an unaffiliated man on a summons for false ID to law enforcement, disorderly conduct and violating the open container ordinance.

1:28 a.m. Atwood and Bates streets. Police arrested an unaffiliated man for false ID to law enforcement and public drunkenness.

3:16 p.m. Cathedral of Learning. A guard reported finding graffiti on a men’s bathroom stall. An investigation is pending.

9:33 a.m. Ruskin Hall. Police responded to an individual’s report of the theft of her headphones. An investigation is pending.
