They must be 18 or older on Election Day and a U.S. citizen. ‘ ‘ ‘ Registered voters who moved or changed their names or party affiliations must also contact the Allegheny County Elections Division no later than today if they wish to vote in the election. ‘ ‘ ‘ Registration-by-mail forms, which can be used to register or to change names, address or party affiliation, are available at the Armed Service Recruitment Centers, Area Agencies on Aging and many branches of the U.S. Postal Service and state, county and municipal offices.
