At 8:10 a.m., police received a report that there was no phone service in Clapp, Langley and Crawford halls.

A representative from parking and transportation reported to police at 11:08 a.m. that a vehicle was parked in the Panther Hollow lot without a license plate.

Dust from construction work activated a fire alarm in the Cathedral of Learning at 12:59 p.m.

Police received a report from someone in Lothrop Hall that laundry had been stolen from the laundry room at 2:17 p.m.

Police issued two citations for public drunkenness and possession of a small amount of marijuana to Amanda E. Weibel, 18, of 1905 Tower A, and Adam A. Shash, 18, of 1011 Tower A. Police issued the citations at 4:36 p.m. at Mazeroski Field. Judicial board papers will be filed.

At 9:44 p.m., police received a complaint from a woman that her vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle while parked on University Drive by Falk School.

A steam leak in the utility room of the Learning Research and Development Center activated a fire alarm in the building at 10:16 p.m.

A custodian falsely activated a burglar alarm in Parran Hall at 6:17 a.m.

Police received a report of a vehicle leaking gas in Soldiers and Sailors parking garage at 8:28 a.m. Stuckert
