Sophomore wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin was found not guilty on all charges stemming from a… Sophomore wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin was found not guilty on all charges stemming from a dispute last year. Baldwin was accused of inappropriately touching a woman on a Pitt bus April 18, 2009.

Baldwin was acquitted of one count of indecent assault and two summary charges of disorderly conduct and harassment.

His trial was delayed previously over the summer, as well as last semester, and the Pitt Judicial Affairs Office ordered Baldwin to complete 10 hours of community service.
